Hi, given that larger resolution images need more processing power to work with and take up more storage space, it is preferable to have lower resolution images if possible. I was wondering if anybody has any good methods for determining what is the minimum resolution image that captures the maximum detail that a microscope setup is capable of?
I appreciate any suggestions!
